The nominal load is determined per model ranging from 150Kg to 650 Kg. Lifting velocity ranges from 0,15 m/sec to 1,2 m/sec
Technical Description
The mechanism is based on the principle of electro-drive hoists. An electric gear box rotates a coil system upon which wire ropes are wound up transferring motion through pulleys to the suspension bar of the accessories. Engineering and electronic security systems prevent the dislocation of wire ropes for any reason, not even in case of a crash accident.

Stage Fly bars comprise the following components:
1. The console has a screen through which the operator has the potential to regulate the motion parameters of each mechanism (minimal & maximum velocity, deceleration time etc). To start the system there are: (1) a JOYSTICK of DEATHMAN type (for upward and downward movement) and (2) a safety button (mushroom) with an EMERGENCY STOP. Velocity of movements is regulated through the software program from the touch screen. When the mechanism reaches its preselected upper or lower position, movement toward that direction stops. In addition, the mechanism is immobilized when some safety limit switch is actuated. When the mechanism stops operating, the brakes are also actuated to keep the mechanism to its position.

1 The model TESS – SCENERY FLY BARS is an electro-drive system used to lift scenery items (Manual / Automated). Τhe scenery items are suspended to a simple or two-part metal bar, depending on the load, stage width and number of wire ropes.
