\nThe Curtain is the most highly essential mechanism for the operation of a theatre stage. In addition, it is the most prevailing decorative feature of the theatre hall. The practical purpose of its mechanism is to isolate the stage from the theatre room. It is used by Stage Engineers or by other show crew members.
\nIts operation is based on the principle of a closed loop made of wire rope. The closed loopis horizontally led through pulleys toward the stage mouth. It is the horizontal loop part that drags the two parts of the curtain in a successive motion. The ideal curtain motion is achieved with the use of suspension bars, which move silently upon guides through their four wheels made of Teflon.<\/p>\n

Technical Description
\n1 The model TECF \u2013 FRONTCURTAIN is both an electro-drive and manual operation mechanism, without the one mode prohibiting the other.
\nElectrical motion is achieved with the engine block that TECF has within its central body. Manual operation is achieved with a pulley system through a closed loop of ropes. One of the mechanism\u2019s primary construction principles is the simple and easy movement of its position, as well as the regulation of individual parts towards all directions.
\nThe electric motion block is installed at a spot where it is intervention-proof. The handling pulley is installed on the floor \u2013either on the right or left of the stage mouth.<\/p>\n

\"PARTS-TECF\"<\/a>The engine block works perfectly well with the use of asynchronous engines (without brake) and of gearboxes (without worm screws), so that the manual motion loop is connected at the same time with the respective electrical motion loop and they constantly work together. To move from the electro-drive motion to manual operation, there is no need at all to disconnect the electrical motion engine block.
\nWe use terminal photocells, which sense the draping of the fabric and its position.<\/p>\n

2 The model TBCB \u2013 BACK DROP works only manually and is installed in the middle or at the back part of the stage.
